REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund requests are assessed under the purchased Class terms, transaction records and applicable consumer law. Please read these rules before payment.
When a refund may be requested
Students, parents or authorised payers may report an accidental duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a verified successful payment that did not activate the purchased online Class within a reasonable support-resolution period, or another case eligible under law or a specific published plan offer. Requests should be sent within 7 calendar days of the payment, unless a longer period is required by law or stated for the specific plan.
When ordinary cancellation may be limited
A change of mind after substantial paid classes or materials have been accessed may be subject to the specific course conditions disclosed before purchase. Scholarship eligibility, learning outcomes and exam performance are not independently grounds for a refund. These limitations never override any express refund promise for a plan, a verified service failure, duplicate/incorrect charges or statutory consumer rights.
How to apply for a refund
Email Support@hyperera.net with (1) student name or registration ID, (2) purchase date and amount, (3) order/payment/transaction ID, (4) brief reason and relevant screenshots. Do not share OTPs, card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN. A response will be sent through the available support channel.
Review and payment timelines
As a proposed operational standard, requests should be reviewed within 7 business days after complete supporting information is received. If approved, Hyper Tejas aims to initiate the refund within 7 business days. Banks/payment providers may take a further 5–10 business days to credit the original payment method, depending on the provider and bank. Any other legally mandated deadline takes precedence.
Cancellation of access and classes
Where a purchased digital service has not yet been activated, a cancellation request can be reviewed under the refund conditions above. Where access has already started, any partial or complete refund is decided under the purchased plan's disclosed conditions and applicable law. Unpaid Class dues and scheduled cycles are governed by the school's displayed fee schedule; account deletion alone does not automatically cancel already accrued dues.
Contact for disputes or transaction errors
Send the transaction details to our Contact Us support channel. For failed or unclear transactions, please do not repeat payment until checking transaction status or contacting support. You can also follow any dispute channels made available by your bank or the payment gateway.
