Hyper Tejas is the public-facing student and learning portal at hypertejas.com. Courses, school-connected classes, scholarships (where available), examinations and learning services are provided under the terms stated on the relevant course or school page. The actual legal merchant name and verified contact details must match the payment gateway merchant account; see Contact Us.

Students may create an account using required contact details and mobile verification, where enabled. Students and parents or guardians must provide accurate information and protect passwords and OTPs. Parent or guardian involvement and authorisation may be required for minors under applicable law. Registration alone does not guarantee admission to a course or scholarship, and does not waive applicable fees.

Each available class or plan should show its description, available facilities, applicable fee and any stated access period before purchase. Content such as schedules, recorded lessons, examinations and study materials may be enabled only for enrolled students. Scholarships and outcomes depend on published eligibility and official selection; no scholarship award or exam result is guaranteed merely by registration or payment.

School-managed academic records may differ by institution and selected Class. Please contact support or the associated School for corrections.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). The amount due is determined by the relevant existing Class/School fee settings and any unpaid applicable billing periods; it must be displayed before confirming a payment. Any applicable taxes or extra charges must be communicated at checkout. A successful payment is recorded only after transaction verification. Receipt and due history are available through the student Finance area where supported.

Unpaid dues can suspend access to paid classes, examinations and study materials, while the student account, Dashboard and payment pages remain available as applicable. When payment is confirmed, access should resume according to the selected class and school rules.

Payments may be securely processed by an external gateway such as Razorpay, subject to that provider's own applicable terms. Do not share card PINs, CVV or OTP with support staff.

Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy before making any payment. Eligibility for refunds, request deadlines, duplicate payments, failed delivery or access issues, and processing timelines are explained there. Any specific guarantee clearly shown for an individual plan must also be honoured under its stated conditions and applicable law.

Online lessons and digital learning facilities are delivered through the student portal after verified activation. A physical book, event, offline training or other offline facility is included only when explicitly listed on the selected plan; check the Shipping and Delivery Policy for further information.

• Do not attempt to access another student's personal information, classes or examinations.
• Do not copy or distribute paid study content without permission.
• Do not try to manipulate payment confirmation, course access or examination systems.
• Do not share passwords, card credentials or mobile verification codes.

Maintenance or third-party service interruptions can temporarily delay access, payments or updates. Accurate course details and fee rules are presented at the point of purchase. Material changes to services or policies will be posted on the website. Nothing in these Terms removes rights available to students or consumers under applicable law.

Complaints should be reviewed through the stated grievance channel. These Terms are governed by applicable Indian laws, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any competent jurisdiction prescribed by law.
