Who this Policy applies to

This Privacy Policy explains how the Hyper Tejas website at hypertejas.com handles information for student registration, class enrolment, school records, learning access, payments, account security and customer support. A connected school may independently control some academic or administrative records under its own policies.

02

Information we collect

  • Registration details such as student name, mobile number, email and securely protected password information.
  • Additional profile data, such as date of birth, parent/guardian information and address, only if later entered by the student or school.
  • Account and class identifiers, timetable, attendance, exam information, learning progress and school fee balances where made available.
  • Transaction amount, payment reference, gateway status and receipt information, as necessary to reconcile fees.
  • Necessary device, browser, session and service diagnostic data for security and operation.
03

Why we use this information

We use relevant information to create or verify an account, deliver the purchased Class or learning service, show authorised school records, calculate and verify applicable school fees, communicate transactional notices, manage support requests, prevent fraudulent access, maintain legally required records and comply with legal obligations. Marketing communications, if offered, should use a lawful basis and opt-out where applicable.

04

Payment data

Payment checkout may be provided by Razorpay or another disclosed payment service provider. The portal needs payment IDs, order IDs, payable amounts and verification status for receipts and activation. Full card numbers, card CVVs and UPI PINs should be entered only in the authorised payment interface, not in the Hyper Tejas support forms. Payment providers handle their own data according to their privacy terms.

05

Service providers and schools

Relevant information may be made available to an authorised connected school or trusted hosting, API, SMS/OTP, communication and payment providers to deliver the requested service. Information may be disclosed where legally required. Student records are not intended to be publicly visible.

06

Children and parent/guardian involvement

Hyper Tejas serves students, including minors. A parent or lawful guardian should assist where required, including any consent required under applicable law before a child's personal information is processed. Parents or guardians may contact support regarding applicable access, correction or privacy requests.

07

Security and retention

Authentication, role controls and other reasonable safeguards are intended to limit unauthorised access. No online service can promise absolute security. Registration and payment records are kept for applicable accounting, security, school administration and legal requirements; other data should be deleted or anonymised when no longer required for a lawful purpose.

08

Correction and privacy requests

Students or authorised guardians may request access to or correction of inaccurate contact and profile information. Connected school records may require school authorisation before edits. Privacy-related withdrawal, grievance and deletion requests will be assessed under applicable law and retention obligations.
